The Agreement And The Terms Of Delivery
The following order and delivery terms shall apply to the transactions of all parties to the Lifehair Oy, as well as to the products ordered by the customer.
Entry Into Force Of The Agreement
These terms and conditions shall be applied and bind to the parties, when the customer has read the terms and conditions and made an order in the shopping cart and when the order has been confirmed as received. Lifehair Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and prices. The changes will take effect after they are published on the website.
The customer places an order for collecting the desired products to the shopping cart
E-commerce payment methods are the Sampo Internet Bank, Nordea Solo, Gold link Cooperative Bank, VISA, MasterCard, and Visa Electron.
Prior to the order placement, the customer must check the price of the product and the shipping fee for the online store page, select the “check the order information”.
After placing an order, the online store will automatically notify you with the receipt of the order.
The price of the product is shown online in the product descriptions. The prices include the value added tax valid at any given time.
The delivery fee is 9.50 €/order.
The parcel will be delivered by Yellow Shuttle 16 Transportation service. The package can be picked-up at the post office during business hours. A notification mail will be sent upon the arrival of your package.
The customer has the right to cancel their orders within 14 days from the date the product has received and confirmed. The customer must return the product back to the seller at the return address shown. A restore scenario, the price of the product minus the Lifehair Oy returned to clients as being available for delivery costs for returning the product must be unused. Product packaging must be unopened.
If the items have been paid for by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) the full amount paid by the Customer will be refunded and the cost of delivery will be deducted from the credit the amount actually paid by customer to credit the corresponding amount in the customer’s credit account. In this case, refund should be reflected in the company’s credit card bill over the next two billing cycles.
Defective Product Return
The defective product will be exchanged only for the same to a new item.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
